Pallets must be securely wrapped and display 2 shipping labels per pallet. Waste toner boxes containing waste toner powder must be placed in a separate, securely sealed bag on the pallet.
Any pallets that exceed the size and weight limitations may be refused, returned and surcharges applied. By booking our service, you confirm that your pallet(s) are within the limitations shown.
After placing your order, please allow up to 2 working days for the shipping
documentation to be sent to you.
If we are making a collection, this will usually take place 1-3 working days after you receive the shipping documents. All collections are completed by a 3rd party courier and are usually made Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays).
If you are organising your own courier, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date. We will also issue a reference number that must be displayed on the pallet(s) for us to accept it.
Prices shown are for most mainland UK postcodes. Before confirming your booking, you will see prices covering long distance postcode zones, central London, Highlands, Off-Mainland and Ireland.
