All items must be contained within a sealed bag within the box to prevent leaking during transit. Waste toner boxes containing waste toner powder must be placed in a separate and securely sealed bag within the box.
Any boxes that exceed the size and weight limitations may be refused, returned and surcharges applied. By booking our service, you confirm that your box(es) are within the limitations shown. We have suitable boxes available to purchase – these are supplied with a plastic bag and seal tape.
After placing your order, please allow up to 2 working days for the shipping documentation to be sent to you.
If we are making a collection, this will usually take place the next working day after you receive the shipping documents (you can specify an alternative date). All collections are completed by a 3rd party courier and are usually made Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays). We can only provide a specific collection date; we cannot provide a specific time for collection.
If you are organising your own courier, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date. We will also issue a reference number that must be displayed on the box for us to accept it.
Prices shown are for most mainland UK postcodes. Before confirming your booking, you will see prices covering long distance postcode zones, central London, Highlands, Off-Mainland and Ireland.
