How it Works

We offer a simple recycling solution for all used printer consumables. All makes and models of printer cartridges can be included – used or unwanted toner and ink cartridges, along with any other printer consumables such as drum units, maintenance kits, fuser units and waste toner containers. You can recycle them all together with our simple ‘one box for all’ solution.

We can provide a ‘Total Service’ to collect and process boxes and/or pallets, either from you or directly from your customers. Alternatively, you can choose our ‘Processing Only’ service and arrange your own transport to our facility, where we then sort and process the cartridges for reuse and recycle.

What we do: Our team will send confirmation of your collection and provide necessary shipping documents

Processing Only

What we do: Our team will provide the necessary shipping documents and request expected date of delivery

What you do: Reply to our team with delivery date and securely and visibly attach the shipping documents to the box(es) / pallet(s)

Boxes must be securely sealed and pallets securely wrapped

Replacement Boxes

What we do: Our team will process your request and ship your order

What you do: Simply wait for your order to arrive!

You will receive your boxes at your chosen destination within 3-5 working days

Good to Know…

All collections that we organise are completed Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays). We cannot allocate specific collection times. If the premises are not accessible for the courier to collect in these times, please select the ‘Processing Only’ service and arrange your own courier.


Boxes must be located at the ground floor / main entrance / reception area, ready for the courier collection.

Pallets must be located at the collection area, ready for the courier collection. 

You can use the Notes section of the booking form to let us know if you require a Tail-Lift vehicle or if you would like to request a specific date for the collection.

PAYMENT OPTIONS – our site requires a debit / credit card payment method to complete the booking of services. If you are a regular service user, you can add funds to your online account to be used for future bookings, please contact us for more details.

Courier Surcharges

There are some areas of the UK & Ireland where there may be courier surcharges.

Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at Checkout.
